*Terms and Conditions for One-Month Free MSP Service Promotion

  1. Promotion Description: The One-Month Free MSP Service Promotion (“Offer”) gives new prospective clients one month of complimentary Managed IT Services.
  2. Eligibility:
  • The Offer is available only to new clients who have not previously engaged in a contractual relationship with AxiaTP.
  • Eligible clients must enter into a signed thirty-six-month Service Agreement for Managed Services in order to qualify for the Offer.
  • The Offer is limited to one claim per client, regardless of the number of services subscribed to.
  1. Promotion Period:
  • The promotional period ends on March 31, 2025. Therefore, the month of April 2025 is the last month eligible to receive the Offer.
  1. Terms:
  • The Offer will apply to the first month of Managed Services following the signing of the Service Agreement.
  • The Offer applies to Managed Services only. Additional add-ons services that may be included in the Service Agreement, such as licenses, software-as-a-service, or cloud services, are not covered by the Promotional Offer.
  • Notify the Sales Representative during consultations of the intent to exercise the Offer prior to signing the Service Agreement.
  • AxiaTP reserves the right to modify the terms of the Offer at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels.
  1. Acceptance of Terms:
  • The Client agrees to comply with all operational requirements necessary to implement the MSP services.
  • All other terms and conditions of service as outlined in the Service Agreement will be in effect immediately, regardless of the Offer or promotion period.
  • Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • AxiaTP will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the promotional period services, except as otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.
