We make strategic investments that create lasting positive impacts in the communities we serve. Our long-term goal is to be a trusted community partner around the country.
STEMz Project
In 2021, we partnered with the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce and the Zionsville RISE Foundation to create the STEMz Project, a collaborative, immersive STEM education workshop and competition that is free for area students.
The mission of the STEMz Project is to engage students in exploring a career in STEM. We’re excited to kick off our first competition in 2022 with our Build Smart Challenge and Z Prize!

In 2019, we partnered with Traders Point Christian Schools to create a multi-year student STEM program aimed that furthers our STEM mission.
Through the program, AxiaTP team members engage in the school’s robotic class to gear students up for competition. We’ve also welcomed two interns for the 2021-22 school year, who are exploring their IT career interests through real-world work.
