Compliance? We’ve Got That Covered.

In addition to our relentless commitment to quality services and value, we take compliance seriously. That’s why we can guarantee your data will be protected and your business will stay compliant with industry regulations.

SOC

AxiaTP maintains the SOC 1, Type II report to meet the needs of clients and our CPA auditor in evaluating the effect of AxiaTP’s control over financial statements. We also maintain the SOC 2, Type II report that meets the needs of clients who need to know about our controls relevant to security, availability, and processing integrity of the systems we use.

PCI DSS

AxiaTP has achieved compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This set of standards requires service providers who store, process, or transmit customer payment card data to abide by strict information security controls and processes.

CALEA

AxiaTP abides by The Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), which requires telecommunications carriers to provide law enforcement with certain technical capabilities when they conduct lawful electronic surveillance on telecommunications networks.

HIPAA

AxiaTP’s services ensure your compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), which provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information. Our compliance provides a secure environment for covered entities and their business associates subject to HIPAA regulations.

SOX

The Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act requires all financial reports to include an internal control report. Under this act, AxiaTP ensures that the company’s financial data is accurate and has confidence in it. Our year-end financial reports contain an assessment of the effectiveness of our internal controls.

FISMA

AxiaTP adheres to information security guidelines outlined in the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), allowing us to work with federal agencies. FISMA requires each federal agency to implement information security plans to protect sensitive data.
